Candidates should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to start time to register. Formation Degree begins promptly at 6:30 PM with the Knighthood Degree immediately following.
Candidates and members are expected to have their current membership card for admission to the degrees.
Preferred attire is business suit or business casual. No shorts or T-shirts please.

There is no cost for taking the Second Degree, however there is a cost of $7.00 for the Third Degree which includes the cost of the Degree Medallion.
