Gary McGinnis has many years of dedicated service to the Knights of Columbus & Our Lady Of Angels. He organized and ran our three annual Lenten fish fries. He helps out with Project Gabriel (Catholic Pro Life Committee of Dallas). Gary has helped our parishioners move furniture, ensures we make our monthly deliveries to the food pantry and volunteers for fundraising at Toyota Stadium..
Patrick Harte
Patrick Harte is involved in many areas of our Council. You can see him helping with the Squires on day, and helping with the Fish Frys the next. He is also a strong advocate for Pro Life and has spent countless hours praying at the local abortion clinic. He is also a regular volunteer at Toyota Stadium where we raise funds via commission on food products we sell.
Rod Tiffee
Rod Tiffee has many years of dedicated service to the Knights of Columbus. He has been Treasurer, Trustee and Advocate. He regularly helps with our Fundraising efforts. He is currently our Pro Life director and has ensured all those efforts go well including the Crosses of the Innocent.
Coy Pierce
For his years of Dedicated Service to the Knights of Columbus Managing our Safe Environment Program, Participating in our First Degree team and Major Degree team, and Being a member of the Deaconate Program.
David Yu
David Yu has been heavily involved in the Pro-Life for the past four years. He was director for the previous two years. He has also helped with Fundraising efforts at Toyota Stadium.
Dave Ayres
Dave has supported the Knights fundraising by volunteering at FC Dallas games all season. He is our Retention Director. He put in many hours with our Golf Tournament. He also supports our Veterans by providing meals and organizing outings such as a recent fishing trip. He is an outstanding Knight and is a model for all of us.

Rich Bisordi
Rich Bisordi is very avtive in many programs in our council. He handles the arrangement for our Membership Shirts, helps with Fish Fry and Fundraising. He is also involved in Prison Ministry at the Collin County Jail.
Harry Loftus
Harry has become a very active knight in a very short time since receiving his First Degree in September 2014. He achieved his Major Degree in January and plans to become a Sir Knight in the October exemplification. He and his brother-in-law Bill Pilcher are co-chairing Membership and are doing a wonderful job.

Bill has become a very active knight in a very short time since receiving his First Degree in December 2014. He is now a Sir Knight. He and his brother-in-law Harry Loftus are co-chairing Membership and are doing a wonderful job. Bill also participates in our various council activities.
Gary McGinnis
Gary has effectively run a very successful Fish Fry season (3 Fridays during Lent), and was able to include many knights who haven't participated in the past. He also helps in multiple Community activities, including moving furniture / furnishes for multiple parishioners, donating food / furnishings to those in need.

Ric Rodriguez
Ric has been the driving force at establishing a Squire Circle at Our Lady of Angels! This is a major milestone for our council! An investiture occurred on October 10th with 18 young men becoming charter members. IN addition, Ric and his wife Dez were very involved with ensuring that the October Parish picnic was a rousing success. We appreciate all his efforts!
Keith Hymel
Keith has tirelessly worked to oversee our upcoming KC Golf Tournament Fundraiser. He has secured sponsorship, head count to work the event and even had to make a last minute decision to change our golf tournament location. Our council is ahead of schedule in assuring a smoothly run fund raising event. Outstanding commitment and work ethic to see this through!
Dan EckelKamp
Dan is the smiling face most parishioners see as they walk into any of our three Masses every weekend! He is the current Fundraising Chairman of our Council and is the immediate past Faithful Navigator of the Forth Degree Assembly. Dan is an active member of the 4th Degree Color Guard is ALWAYS there for our council. He is an honorary Lifetime member of the Knights having recently celebrated 50 continuous years of service and is still one of our most active members! Congratulations Dan!
Xavier Badillo
As a new Knight, 'X' has been very involved at our FC Dallas fundraising events. He has embodied our family inclusiveness with having his daughters work with him at two of the four recent events he has worked. He is a dedicated Police Sergeant with the Plano Police Department. Jason is a road warrior during the week but always finds time to participate in multiple FC Dallas fundraising events throughout the year.
Paul Robertson
Paul regularly spends more than 10 hours a week volunteering for the Knights and Our Lady of Angels teen outreach programs. He is also our Recording Officer, capturing and posting the details from our meetings, keeping us all on track and up to date. Paul, Thank You for all of time and effort supporting the Knights and the OLA community.
Mark Anderson
Mark helped the Knights tremendously by raising over $2000 in donations and prizes to support our September golf event. He worked with companies like Citi, The PGA Golf Store, and Stacie’s Furniture to make our event even more successful. He’s been with Our Lady of Angels and the Knights for just over a year. Mark has a son Steven going to UT and a daughter Erica living in the area with her family. Mark, thank you for being part of council 13044, and having such a great impact in your first year.
Reed Fontenot
Reed is recognized this month for being point person for our council’s first hosting of a Major Degree. Fourteen volunteers from our council welcomed 29 brothers into full knighthood. Reed is also the proud father of Jonathan, a new member of 13044 and a Marine Reserve.
Ed Franco
Ed is one of those really smart, but quiet Knights, who simply gets things done in a quality manner. Ed has stepped up to lead as both an officer and as family director last year. This year he has taken on the responsibility of community director and has done an outstanding job in leading things like Veteran’s Day recognition and coordinating the Food Pantry efforts.
John South
As our Financial Secretary for the past few years, John has been invaluable to the Council through his administration of our financial and membership records. He is the Brother who keeps us current in our forms submitted to Supreme, oversees/assists with audits along with the Trustees, and in essence, makes sure we are current with our records with Supreme. This is a complex job, and John is a busy man with his “real” job. We appreciate John’s leadership and contributions to our Council, and thank him for his service.

This support includes Teen Religious Education by coordinating and maintaining the Y-Disciple and J-Walk programs. Joey Bondoc and his wife Bernadette, daughter Joelle and son Jeremy are very active in the knights and our parish. They managed the Trunk or Treat in 2014 and the Parish Picnic the last two years. All are active in various parish ministries - Eucharistic Minister, Religious Education, Liturgy, etc.

Phil, his wife Cosette and daughters Jessi and Izzy are very active in our parish. Phil is involved in as an usher, sound ministry and Parish Pastoral Council. His daughters are involved in Children’s Liturgy and Choir. All have helped with our various Fundraising activities.

Kevin, his wife Cheryl and his teenage sons Ryan and Jordan procured the Easter Egg contents, stuffed the eggs and help lay the eggs on Holy Saturday. Kevin also rented n Easter Bunny costume so the kids could take their picture with the Easter Bunny.
Also Keven and Cheryl bought and dethroned 500+ roses and cards for Mother's Day!! All the honored ladies appreciated both!
Chris Scheurer Family
Chris (Benjamin C.) Scheurer is a Counselor in our companion Squires Circle, and is heavily involved in education opportunities in the Circle. His wife Katie is a 4th grade teacher in the Religious Education in the parish. His son Ben is a very active Squire. Chris and Ben recently completed a successful bike raffle for the Squires. The whole family participates in Knights events.

Congratulations to the Lloyd and Krissy Sartor Family for being named December Family of the Month! Both have been active Eucharistic Ministers and involved in Religious Education. In addition, both Lloyd and Krissy are TABC certified and have been consistent contributors to our fundraising efforts at Toyota Park.
Dan Diel Family
Congratulations to the Dan Deil family for being named as KC Family of the Month in November! Dan and his wife Kimberly have been very active as of recent with the Parish picnic and the new Trunk or Treat Halloween event! His daughters Olivia and Rachael were involved with both events helping to entertain the younger kids. Olivia was a big hit at the Parish picnic in Princess attire!
The David Yu Family
As our pro-life director David and Yang Yu and their children Daniel, Jason and Pricilla are recognized as our October Family of the Month! His family has been very involved at ensuring council focus on Pro-Life activities.
David's focus on the McKinney Hike for Life event resulted in the largest dollar contribution amount raised with $5,200 for CPLC. He and his daughter Pricilla took an active part in the walk. He also makes sure that we are scheduled monthly to Pray for Life at the McKinney Planned Parenthood Clinic. Congratulations to the Yu family!
Phillip and Gloria Garcia Family
Phillip routinely serves as a Eucharistic Minister during Mass and he is Chairman of the Pastoral Council. His wife, Gloria, was recently in charge of the OLA garage sale. She not only sings in the OLA choir but also the Bishops choir! She was recently seen sporting a Form 100 trying to recruit a new member to our council! Congratulations!
The Rick and Karla Matos Family
Rick and Karla are very involved in the spiritual development of the youth of our Parish. They were both involved with the recent Freshman in Action Confirmation retreat where Karla was the Director. They often host the High School Youth Bible study ‘Soul Out’ in their home. Rick actively participates in KC fundraising events at FC Dallas and routinely plays and sings in our OLA choir. Rick also recently had an impactful interview with Catholic radio here in Dallas. Congratulations to both Rick and Karla!

Coy is an officer in the 3rd degree and recently assumed an officer role with the 4th degree assembly. He has also joined he 10% of 4th degree knights as a formal member of the Color Corp. He and Julia, are both Eucharistic Ministers at Our Lady of Angels. Finally, Julia is on the Parish Pastoral Council and is an integral part of the Women's Club where she is spearheading efforts with their wine tasting event. Paul & Jean Lebeuf
Paul and Jean are great and guiding members of our parish donating many hours and expertise to OLA and The Knights of Columbus. The Lebeuf’s are members of our Parish Council as well as Religious Education instructors. Paul has recently stepped up to lead with his work as a Trustee on the Knight’s Council. Their daughter Caroline currently attends John Paul. David, their oldest, attends Texas A&M. Paul and Jean, Thank You so much for helping us all build a stronger community and families with your time and dedication to the Parish and the Knights.
Glen and Lucy Rummel
Glen was volunteering at our veteran’s cook out event with Dan Eckelkamp when Dan took ill with what we now know was dehydration. Glen stayed with Dan in the hospital and remained in contact with Dan’s wife Peggy until she and their son Albert, who is also a knight, could get to the hospital. Glen has been a Knight for over 5 years. He and his wife Lucy have 7 grandchildren. Glen, thank you for being there for Dan and Peggy and bringing calm and reassurance to a stressful day at the hospital in Bonham.
Paul and Tammy Robertson
Paul and Tammy have been members of Our Lady of Angels for over 10 years with their three sons Patrick, Nick and Collin. They have been outstanding volunteers at our church. Paul and Tammy are instructors in our Middle and High School Religious Education Program. Nick plays the guitar in our choir, and Collin serves as an usher. We also appreciate Paul’s ongoing effort as our Recording Officer!
Coy & Julia Pierce
Coy converted to Catholicism last year and became a Knight shortly thereafter, and has made great contributions to Our Lady of Angel’s Knights of Columbus Council. Since joining our council Coy has taken on the position of Inside Guard and also recently stepped up to become the council’s Youth Director. Coy has successfully put on the council’s soccer challenge this past fall and is currently planning the council’s Free Throw Contest in January. Coy and Julia are role models for new members and families coming into the council and the parish.
The Patrick Harte Family
October was a big month for Pro-Life, and Patrick and his family were very involved in Pro-Life events. Patrick helped lead the Council efforts for the Hike for Life in McKinney, and set up Council 13044 as a Team which raised nearly $1000 for Pro-Life efforts. You can see Patrick, Kasia, and Connor at many Knight’s events—pitching in and being social. The Council appreciates Patrick’s leadership of our Pro-Life efforts and thanks him and his family for their contributions.
