CHAP, Charles Wayne age 76, died in Davenport, Iowa, on March 3, 2018. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at PAPE FUNERAL HOME in Clinton, Iowa. Any donations may be made to the , Charles W. Chap Memorial Fund. Charles was born on January 27, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois. He married Charlene Marie Blount on May 22, 1965. Charles retired from Weiser Lock in Tucson, AZ. He enjoyed involvement with his K of C family at St. Pius X Church. Charles was preceded in death by his parents and beloved wife. He is survived by children, Timothy C. (Shannon) Chap of Bettendorf, IA; Scott M. Chap of Redondo Beach, CA; Peter J. Chap of Patagonia, AZ; and Amy M. Meakin of Tucson, AZ; grandchildren, Hayden, Nolan, Joe, and Cooper Chap; Chesed and Carlos Chap; and Matthew Meakin; and brother, Alan Rick (Janet) Chap of Chevy Chase, MD. |
