Francis J. Louis, Sr., 77, passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2017 surrounded by his loving family at his home in Pottstown. He was the husband of Dolores M. (Leeds) Louis with whom he shared 53 years of marriage.
Born in Philadelphia, PA in November 1939, Francis was a son of the late James and Dorothy (Pascosky) Louis.
Francis worked as a business analyst at Dun & Bradstreet for over thirty-five years. Later in life, he was a member of the Saint Teresa of Calcutta Knights of Columbus Council # 15456 and American Legion Post# 0164. Francis enjoyed painting, coloring, Sudoku puzzles, and jigsaw puzzles. He also enjoyed volunteering at a veteran's home in Philadelphia and spending time in the community, but his favorite thing to do was spend time with his family.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Louis is survived by one son, Francis J. Louis, Jr., husband of Kathleen, Royersford, PA; three grandchildren, Benjamin, Jason, and Timothy Louis; and two brothers, Robert Louis, husband of Mary, Sonora, CA, and James Louis, Sanatoga, PA. |
