Pasquale C. "Pat" Boccardi
Age 93 of Monroeville passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Della M. (Appollino) Boccardi. Loving father of Patrick (Deborah) Boccardi and Donald (Charlene) Boccardi; proud grandfather of Melissa (Joe), Brian (Mandy), Matt (Leah), and Mark Boccardi; wonderful great grandfather of Elizabeth, Connor, Jacob, Amelia, Andrew & William; brother of Beatrice Fleo, and the late Father Ray, Lucille, Amelia, Elizabeth, and Don Boccardi. Pat was a WWII Navy Veteran and worked at Westinghouse R&D in Churchill for over 30 years. He was a charter member and devoted volunteer at St. Bernadette Parish. He also chartered the Knights of Columbus, Monroeville Council in 1960 and spent 47 years on the Bishop Project raising money for needy children. Friends will be received Sunday 1-3 & 6-8 PM at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC. (MONROEVILLE/PLUM CHAPEL) corner of (445) Beatty Rd. & 48 North, Monroeville (412-856-4747). Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bernadette Parish Monday, 10:30 AM. Interment with Full Military Honors will follow at Good Shepherd Cemetery.
