On Saturday, July 23, 2011, Joseph L. Santangelo, 84, of Pitcairn. Husband of the late Rose Marie (DeVirgilio) Santangelo; father of Anthony Santangelo, of South Hills, Deborah L. (Daniel) Smerker, of Bethel Park and Joseph (Melissa) Santangelo, of Greensburg; brother of Joanne (Robert) Brammell and the late Salvatore Santangelo; grandfather of Cole Joseph, Carson Jacob and and Cooper James Santangelo. Joe was a long time mechanic at Golick Motors in Pitcairn and a World War II Army veteran. Friends received Monday from 1-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the WM. O. PEARCE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 318 Wall Avenue, Pitcairn. Mass of Christian Burial, North American Martyrs Parish, St. Michael Church, Pitcairn, on Tuesday at 10 a.m. with Rev. Joseph G. Luisi officiating. |
