Gerald "Jerry" L. Oliver was born March 7, 1931, in Oklahoma City, to parents, Lindsay & Frances Oliver, and passed away February 22, 2010, in McKinney, Texas. Jerry grew up in Oklahoma City and graduated from Central High school in 1949. He spent his working career as a sales representative, working and retiring from US Gypsum Co. and Welco Manufacturing. He spent his last five years living in McKinney, TX. Jerry was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and a friend to all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Betty Oliver; and son, Todd Oliver of OKC. He is survived by one brother, Don Oliver & wife, Sally, of OKC; one sister, Sandy Brown of Tulsa; two daughters: Jeri Linda Oliver of Graham, TX; and Diann Jones & husband, Bob, of McKinney, TX; one son, Steve Oliver, of OKC; and one daughter-in-law, Debbie Oliver, of Norman. He was the proud grandfather of Ron Pricer of OKC; Hayden Ralston & wife, Gina, of Plano, TX; Stephanie Elliott & husband, Shane, of Mustang; Shelley Oliver of Mustang; Savannah Brand & husband, Adam, of Norman; Tasha Oliver of Norman; Kim Dudley of Moore; Becky Mathews & husband, Danny, of Moore; and nine great-grandchildren.
