Donald Andrew Singer, 81, of Southport passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at Lower Cape Fear Hospice and Lifecare Center.
Mr. Singer was born April 6, 1935, in Bristol, Pennsylvania, son of the late Oscar and Adelia Elizabeth (“Bessâ€) Lake Singer. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus.
Mr. Singer worked for Coldwell Banker of Cary, North Carolina and Margaret Rudd and Associates of Southport as well. He was known as a gentle, sweet man who was grateful for everyone who assisted in his care.
Preceding him in death was his brother, Joseph E. Singer; his sister, Margaret Mossbrook; and a granddaughter, Laurann Fink.Su rvivors include his wife of 36 years, Margaret Singer of Southport; five children; five stepchildren; 19 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. |
