Eldridge J. Robin “Pawpawâ€, 81, of Fannett, died Friday, February, 17, 2017, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont. He was born on January 12, 1936, to Estelle Fitzgerald Robin and Alduse Robin, in Port Barre, Louisiana.
Survivors include his son, Mike Robin and his wife, Diane, of Nederland; daughters, Brenda DeRanieri and her husband, O.J. and Angie Adams and her husband, Scott, all of Fannett; grandchildren, Samantha Hemmenway and her husband, Blake; Nicki Stone and her husband, Jake; Abby Williams and her husband, Thomas; Taylor Adams and his wife, Jessica; Patrick Robin; Sarah Romero and her husband, Shane; Cory Adams; Lauren Adams and her fiancé, Cameron Burrell; and Kaylee Robin; great-grandchildren, Haylea Rose, Jenny Stone, Rylan Romero, Hillary Hemmenway, Easton Romero, Mia Hemmenway, and Adelyn Williams; brothers, LeRoy Robin and James Robin; and sister, Bernice Schleve.
He is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Mary Robin.
A gathering of Mr. Robin’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, February 21, 2017, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at St. Mary Catholic Church, 9894 Gilbert Road, Fannett. His interment will follow at Memory Gardens of Jefferson County, Nederland. |
