Al was a 4th Degree Sir Knight and Honorary Member of the Knights of Columbus. During his membership with the Order, he served as Financial Secretary.
He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Air Corp where he obtained the rank of Technical Sergeant. hd served in the islands of the South Pacific for 33 months.
He assisted in setting up the Singer Distribution center in Murfreesboro and worked for Singer for 44 years.
Al is survived by his Daughter, Lorraine Vincent and Granddaughter, Jessica Short and her husband Jase, all of Murfreesboro. |
