On Monday, September 26, 2016, Third Degree Brother Ross J. Woodward, Jr., SFC, USA (Ret.) of Rockville, MD passed from this life, and went to Our Lord.
He was the beloved husband of the late Jeanne B. Woodward, and he was the loving father of Ross J. Woodward III, Richard E. Woodward, Donald A. Woodward and his wife Kate, Ruth Ann Woodward-Herbert, DVM and her husband Rick.
Brother Woodward is also survived by his sister, Ann Pistole.
Friends will be received at Pumphrey’s Colonial Funeral Home, 300 West Montgomery Avenue, Rockville, MD on Sunday, October 2, 2016 from 3 to 5 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Mary’s Historic Chapel, 520 Veirs Mill Road, Rockville, MD on Monday, October 3, 2016 at 10 a.m.
Interment, with military honors, will take place at a later date.
