George J. Novak, age 90, Savoy, Il. Formerly of Schaumburg, Il. Died peacefully on July 2, 2013. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 63 years, Sylvia (Stepnowski,) his son Greg and grandson Demian Stevanovich. Proud father of Cynthia Teeling (Robert,) the late Greg (Donna Oakes-Novak,) Catherine Stevanovich (Marty Blitstein,) Jon (Vanessa,) Margaret Luetkehans (Tony,) Grandfather of 10, Great-grandfather of 9. George was a WWII Veteran and an Honorary Life Member of the Knights of Columbus.
