Kurt Francis Peckman, 43, of Henderson, passed away May 8, 2004. He was born May 27, 1960, in Milwaukee, and was a resident of Henderson for 32 years. Kurt was a newspaper carrier for the Las Vegas Sun, Review-Journal and USA Today. He sponsored and coached two soccer teams for SageBrush Soccer League. Kurt was a member of the U.S. Youth Soccer League and the Knights of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his father, Francis Peckman; mother, Barbara Nay; and brother, Kenneth Peckman. Kurt is survived by his wife, Dorothy S. Peckman; brothers, Keith, Kevin and Kent Peckman, all of Las Vegas and Ron Peckman of Texas; stepdaughter, Judy Tudor of Las Vegas; stepson, Bill Paquette of Henderson; and granddaughters, Alexis Tudor, Alyssa Tudor and Amber Paquette. Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. Friday, May 14, at Bunkers Chapel, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. A second visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 15, with mass following, both at St. Viators Catholic Church, 2461 E. Flamingo Road. Graveside services will be held at Palm Henderson Cemetery. |
