Beloved Council 6019 Member Luis Rivera Dies in Puerto Rico It is with great sadness that Council 6419 members learned on May 24, 2016 of the sudden death of our Brother Luis Rivera in Puerto Rico, his country of birth. In early April Luis had gone to Puerto Rico to visit his sister, whom he had not seen for several years. He was to return to Hot Springs at the end of May 2016. Luis gave dedicated service to Council 6419, especially working closely with the Charity Rummage Sales collection crew. He was a much-loved friend and Brother Knight who will be greatly missed. Luis is survived by his wife Julia and their children, who were in Hot Springs at the time of Luis’ death. |
