Michael Alexander Dudash Sr.
YORKTOWN - Michael Alexander Dudash, Sr., 94, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, November 3, 2015, at his home by the river, surrounded by his loving children. Michael devoted his life to raising and loving his children, and guiding their family through the joys and trials of life. Michael was a peninsula resident for over 30 years, and was a member of the Marine Corp. League of Yorktown and the Knights of Columbus. Michael was preceded in death by his loving wife of 68 years, Marjorie R. Dudash. He is survived by 3 sons, Michael A. Dudash Jr., of Williamsburg, Russell C. Dudash and his wife Nancy of Springwater, NY and Robert T. Dudash of Rochester, NY; a daughter Elizabeth and her husband Dr. Joseph F. Wilson of Yorktown and 8 grandchildren. A memorial mass will be held at 11:00 am on November 9, 2015 at St. Kateritekakwitha Catholic Church in Yorktown. Arrangements by Amory Funeral Home, Grafton. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Monastery of the Poor Clare, 5500 Holly Fork Road, Barhamsville, VA 23011.
