James W. Lanning I, 71, Raytown, died June 18, 1994, at the home. Mr. Lanning was born in Scammon, Kan., and lived in this area most of his life. He was a pipe fitter for Johnson Controls, retiring in 1987. He was a member of Local 533 of the Pipe Fitters Association for 48 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was a Marine veteran of World War II. |
