Americo "Rock" Felici, 73, Raytown, MO, passed away August 17, 1995, at Park Lane Medical Center. Mr. Felici was born in Glen Lyon, PA. He was a principal at Northeast Junior High School, an assistant principal at Northeast Junior High School and a teacher at East High School. He attended Rockhurst College. He received a BA. in History and Political Science from the University of Kansas City and a Masters Degree in Education and High School Administration from UMKC. He did graduate work for the Army at the University of Chicago in Italian and Foreign Area Studies. He was an instructor-interpreter f or the U. S. Army. He completed graduate work in American History at Kansas State University and Oriental History at Illinois University. He was a member of the Kansas City Chapter of UNICO National. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of American Legion Post 151 and a past commander of the Post. He was formerly on the Board of Directors of Park Lane Medical Center. He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. |
