William Edward Bowling, 72. Kansas City, MO, died Sunday, March 29, 1998, at his home. Mr. Bowling was born October 13, 1925, ,in Kansas City, MO, and was a lifelong resident. He was a member of Our Lady Lourdes Catholic Church. He was a veteran of WWII, serving in the Navy. He was a 1974 graduate of Findley Engineering College. Mr. Bowling had been an engineer for 14 years for the General Motors Corporation, retiring in 1990. He had formerly been employed by the Raytown Police Department for 14 years. He was a former scoutmaster of Troop #283. Mr. Bowling was Grand Knight of Knights of Columbus, 4th degree, member of the Honor Guard of Knights of Columbus, Chapter 4962. He was a former Grand Knight of Columbus Council #10746. |
