Donald F. Picard, 73, of Raytown, MO, passed away April 2, 2002, at home. Mr. Picard was born April 16, 1928 in Westerly, RI. He retired from General Motors Leeds Plant; was a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus Counsel 4962; and a member of the American Legion Post 21. He served his country in the U.S. Army and Marine Corps. |
