Robert J. Byrne, Jr, 80, of Shawnee, Kansas, passed away October 20, 2006. Robert was born in Kansas City, Mo, to Robert J. Byrne, Sr and Sabina (Judge). He graduated from Central High School in 1943. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII, between 1943-46. He worked at Katz Drug Store for 25 years, Milgrams for 13 years, and GEM for 10 years. Robert belonged to the Knights of Columbus Council 4962, and had a love for golfing and ballroom dancing. |
