Jack S. Blake, 79, of Lee's Summit, passed away on Monday, Jan. 7, 2008 at Centerpoint Hospital. Mr. Blake was born on Aug. 1, 1928 in Nevada, Mo. Jack served his country in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the Catholic Church and a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus Council 4962. He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Blake. |
