Earl P. Hornbeck, 92, of Raytown, Mo., passed away Oct. 9, 2011, at his home. He was born in Kansas City, Mo., on March 17, 1919, to Richard Earl and Mary Teresa (McAuliffe) Hornbeck. Earl was a WWII veteran, who proudly served his country. He was a loving husband to his wife of 66 years, and a much loved father and grandfather. Earl was a charter member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church, and of Knights of Columbus Raytown chapter. He was a member of several groups including Swope Park Industrial Association. He started, owned and operated Hornbeck Specialties for over 45 years. |
