David Richard Cook, age 61 of Rockvale passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2015. He was a native of Akron, OH and the son of the late Bernard John and Jessie Jarzenski Cook. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Stephanie Cook.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Cook, daughters, Jill Barnes and her husband Brian of Madison, WI, Jessie Cook of Nashville, Kelli England and her husband Leon of LaVergne, Katie Cook of Rockvale, siblings, Terease “Sis†Cook of Murfreesboro, John Cook of Jacksonville Beach, FL, Vince Cook and his wife Terri of Akron, OH and Mary Ann Phillips and her husband Bob of Akron, OH.
Mr. Cook was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and a Truck Driver with Consolidated Freight until his retirement. |
