ALAMANO "AL" BENEDETTI

 

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Alamano Benedetti, a remarkable man of character and resilience who was born on September 28, 1936 in Pocatello , Idaho, He left us peacefully on November 17, 2025 after an incredible 20 month fight that is a testament to his strength and resilience. His depth of emotion, and enormous heart touched all who knew him. Al was always outgoing to others ,unafraid to voice his opinions and not one to back down easily, Alamano's dynamic personality was indeed one to be remembered.

In his life, Alamano achieved several significant accomplishments. Notably, he headed the Millwright Union of Nevada, shaping and influencing his profession's landscape over the years. In addition, he devoted his time and resources towards the Knights of Columbus, contributing significantly to the organization at every opportunity.

Al was undoubtedly a pillar of strength in the family, his presence was always felt. His influence was such that his departure leaves a space that cannot be replaced. Alamano’s spirit will continue to live on through his wife Patricia Raybon Benedetti, his daughter's, Deila Zeeh, Teresa Nelson and Brenda Benedetti, his grandchildren Joesph Nelson, James Nelson, Delinah Al-Qattan, Andrew Zeeh, Tylr Cheyenne Benedetti-Barnes, Hunter Haggard, and great grandchildren Zane Al-Qattan, Jacob Al-Qattan , Gracelyn Zeeh and Anderson Zeeh. those whose lives he touched.

Proceeded in death by his daughter Bonnie Benedetti.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Alamano touched are invited to a gathering in his memory which will take place on December 6, 2025 at 4;00 pm. The venue will be at Palm Mortuary located at 7600 South Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas NV. We welcome all to come and celebrate the life of a man who meant so much to so many.

We will remember Alamano as a passionate, dedicated, and loyal individual, and his memories will forever be etched in our hearts.
