Marcel J Robitaille (1934-2015)
Sir Knight Marcel Robitaille transferred to our council from Timmins several years ago. Marcel was unable to attend Council meetings or Masses at Mary Mother of God, due to be dependent upon a wheelchair.
Passed peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at his residence in Oakville at the age of 81. Predeceased by his beloved wife Jacqueline and cherished companion Jeannine, daughter Louise, grandson Raymond, and son-in-law Ben. Loving father of Armand (Carla), Marc (Kathy), Denise, Lynda (Ray), Suzanne (Gabe), Donald (Suzanne), Louise. Dear grandfather to Danielle (Khrish), Brooks, Abigail, Frank, Luc, Steve (Cyndee), Dave (Danielle), Sylvie (Al), Julie (Gary), Marc (Lisa), Suzanne (Dan), Denis (April), Lee-Anne (Eric), Kevin (France), Jamie-Lee (Matt) and many great grandchildren. Marcel will be missed by his siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to his many caregivers and friends at Post Inn Village, words cannot express the appreciation of their kindness and support. Cremation has taken place, Marcel will be laid to rest followed with a Celebration of Life in his hometown of Ramore, Ontario. |
