MacLELLAN, Deacon Peter Alexander - Peacefully at the River Glen Nursing Home, Sutton on Friday July 31, 2009. Deacon Peter MacLellan of Gilford in his 74th year. Survived by his long time dancing partner Mary (nee Porter). Loving father of Alex MacLellan of Barrie. Survived by his sisters Christine Simpson-Taylor (Ron deceased) of Toronto and Joan MacMaster (Douglas) of Philadelphia. Deacon Peter will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call at the STECKLEY- GOODERHAM FUNERAL HOME (201 Minet's Point Road at Yonge Street) Barrie on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at St. John Vianney Church on Wednesday August 5th 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Interment St Mary's Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Stevenson Memorial Hospital or the Royal Victoria Hospital Regional Cancer Care Centre would be appreciated.
