Clifford Louis Stumpf passed on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at home in Owatonna, MN, surrounded by family. Clifford was born January 27, 1935, in Maple Lake, MN, to Robert and Josephine (Coyea) Stumpf. Cliff was raised on the family farm with five sisters and one brother. He attended elementary and secondary school in Maple Lake, MN. He served in the US Army from 1954-1956, both in the US and England. Clifford married Mary Alice Haverty on September 15, 1956, at St. Timothy's Catholic Church, Maple Lake, MN. He was employed as a welder and worked in steel fabrication management. He was also a craftsman, building homes with his wife, Mary, for their family. Cliff was a member of Catholic Order of Foresters and Knights of Columbus. Cliff is survived by his wife of 68 years, Mary; children: Terry (Bruce) Forystek, Chris (Sherri) Stumpf, Kirsten (Bill Kaffine), Trevor (Rhonda) Stumpf, and Shannon (Shane) Hoffman. We was proceeded in death by parents, Robert and Josephine; brother Richard Stumpf; sister Anita Stumpf; and infant sister, Mary. Mass of Christian Burial was on Monday, November 4, 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. A Knights of Columbus Rosary was prayed prior to the funeral and burial with military honors following services at St. Charles Cemetery, Maple Lake, MN.
