On January 27, after a short period in the hospital, Brother Alson (Al) M. Geren died peacefully at Rogue Regional Medical Center. He was 75 years of age. Al joined St. Augustine Council in December, 2012, and received his second and third degree exemplification in Brookings in May, 2013. Al was a generous, kind-hearted person with a winning smile and a strong devotion to his family. His presence and example will be sorely missed. |
