Joe Meyer, of O’Fallon, MO, died on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at the age of 92. Loving husband of Earleen Meyer (nee: Dunn); dear son of the late Joseph and Catherine Meyer (nee: Fuchs); devoted father of Jim (Leslie) Meyer and the late Jeanne Meyer; cherished grandfather of Joseph Meyer; dear brother of Catherine Helfrich and the late Florence Meyer.
Joe worked for McDonnell Douglas for many years before he retired. He was a member of Assumption Catholic Church. Joe was also a member of the Knights of Columbus #2269, 4th Degree Assembly #2012, a WWII veteran, and member of the St. Louis Amateur Baseball Hall of Fame. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
