Leurck, Matthew Francis Xavier "Matt" Age 40 of Oswego, Illinois, passed away on August 22, 2011 after a courageous two and one-half year battle with kidney cancer. He was born March 2, 1971, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is survived by his beloved wife, Rosemarie (nee Pura) Leurck; four precious children sons Joseph Ott (9), Peter Michael (7), Samuel Jude (5) and daughter, Abigail Rose (3); his parents Steve and Kathy (nee Gleason) Leurck (Plainfield, Illinois); his sister, Anne (Dr. Gerard) Hinley, Glen Ellyn, Illinois; sister, Trish Leurck, Naperville, Illinois; brother, John (Leitza) Leurck, Crown Point, Indiana and was preceded in death by his eldest brother, Paul Leurck in July 2008. Visitation will occur on Thursday, August 25, 2011 at Dunn Family Funeral Home with Crematory, 1801 S. Douglas Rd., Oswego, Illinois, (630) 554-3888, from 3:00 PM 7 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Angels Roman Catholic Church, 180 South Russell Avenue, Aurora, Illinois, (630) 897-1194, at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 26, 2011. Interment will take place at Risen Lord Cemetery, 1501 Simons Road, Oswego, Illinois, immediately following the Mass of Christian Burial.
