SK Thomas R. Dibbley passed away on July 5th 2023. He was a member in good standing of Potomac Council, and a member of Holy Trinity Assembly.

His Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, 18 July at 11:00 AM at St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Triangle, VA. There will be no viewing at a funeral home.
