Bernard Joseph McPhillips, 91, of Fredericksburg, Va., passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2011. He was formerly of Manchester, the Leisure Knoll community, where he resided from 1981-2005.
He is survived by his daughter, Claudia Drumm and husband Robert of Fredericksburg, Va.; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two nephews; and a niece. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gertrude McPhillips.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 31 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg, Va. A mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 1 at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Entombment will be 11 a.m. Saturday, April 2 in St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery. |
