COUNCIL #4245 - STAR OF THE SEA REMEMBERS
JOHN M DAVIS, SR.

John M. Davis Sr., 59, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Monday at Maybrook Hills. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Richard C. Sr. and Joan L. (Mignot) Davis. Surviving are two sons: John M. Jr., and Zacch, both of Hollidaysburg; two sisters: Deborah Oswald of Hollidaysburg and Brenda Beam of Greenwood; two brothers: Richard C. Jr. of Hollidaysburg, and David A. of Bellefonte; nieces, and nephews; and his girlfriend, Becky Thalhauser.

John was a 1979 graduate of Altoona Area High School, and worked as an electrician. He was a member of the Allegheny Club, and St. Mary Roman Catholic Church. John enjoyed hunting mushrooms, fishing, and camping.

Friends will be received from 2-4pm Sunday, Nov 8, 2020, at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a Vigil Service will be held. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11am Monday at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg, with Fr. Alan E. Thomas, Celebrant. Committal at Calvary Cemetery.
