With four angels at his bed, and four angels around his head, one to watch and one to pray, and two to rear his soul away, Rev. Fr. Leslie Horwath died peacefully on April 7, 2014 at the age of 81 surrounded by his loved ones.

He was ordained on May 28, 1960 in London, Ontario and was the Chaplain of Knights of Columbus – Our Lady of Mount Carmel Council #13405, Chaplain of St. Vincent de Paul, and past Chaplain of the Ontario Society for Crippled Children in Windsor, Ontario
