MALOUIN, Maurice (Retired permanent deacon)
Peacefully with his family by his side, on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, Maurice Malouin of Hammond, Ontario, at the age of 91 years. Beloved husband of the late Isabel McBeath. Dear son of the late Alexandre Malouin and the late Ruth Faulkerson. Loving father of Maureen Holtum (Les) and Michael (late Linda); grandfather of Leslie (Sylvie) Holtum, Michael (Chantal) Holtum, Heather (Michel) Lafleur, Tania (Alex) Bellefeuille, Scotty Malouin and Tabbatha Malouin; great- grandfather of Megan and William Holtum, Christopher Holtum, Isabel, Zachary, Emma and Timothy Lafleur, Samantha and Jonathan Bellefeuille. Also survived by his brother, Louis (Patricia) Malouin; one sister- in-law, many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by two brothers: Ernest (late Vivian) Malouin and Robert (Margretha) Malouin. Friends and relatives may visit at Lamarre & Son Funeral Home, 453 St. Philippe Street, Alfred, Ont., (613) 679-2802, on Friday, March 3, 2017, from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. Funeral Service to be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul Church, Plantagenet, Ontario. The family is very grateful to the nursing staff of the Elisabeth Bruyere Hospital for their compassion and excellent care provided to Maurice.
