Lee B. "Butch" Schmidt
Clementon - Our Pop. Strong and Courageous. "I'm now reunited with my love, 'Rickey Babe'." Loving husband, father and Gramps. He battled a long illness and passed graciously with his family around him on January 24, 2019. Predeceased by his wife Rickey, and his parents John and Penny. Survived by sons Dwayne (Felicia), Brian (Linda), and John (Ruba); 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers John (Maureen) and William; sister Barbara (Bruce); special aunt Rita; special cousins Rebecca and Rita Mary; and long-time friends Ray and Terry, Ed and Cindy, Jeff and Barb, and Pete. Butch was a Navy Veteran, a long-time truck driver and diesel mechanic, a life-member of KOC St. Jude Council, and a member of Square Circle Sportsmen. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Wednesday evening 6-7pm at the: ORA L. WOOSTER FUNERAL HOME, 51 Park Blvd., Clementon, NJ 08021. Funeral Services will begin at 7pm, followed by a private cremation.
