Michael Gerard Kelly, of Cedar Park, Texas, passed away on January 14, 2019 at the age of 57 after a 9 month battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born on November 12, 1961 in Houston, Texas to his parents Gerard Thomas Kelly and Martha Jo Wallace Kelly. Michael grew up in Houston, TX and was very proud to attend St. Thomas High School. After beginning a degree at Stephen F. Austin he decided to take another path and moved to Wimberley, TX where he opened up Kelly’s Restaurant. Michael then moved to Vail, CO where he met his wife Shelly. The two resided in Vail for several years and got married at the Beaver Creek Chapel. Michael spent over 20 years in the real estate industry where he received multiple consecutive awards for best in customer service and highest in sales.
Michael was very involved with St. Thomas More Catholic Church where his giving heart lead him to work on many charity events, including golf tournaments, fish frys and crawfish boils. Michael was very active in the Knights of Columbus where he was a Fourth Degree Member.

Michael never knew a stranger and when he walked into a room he always made a point to make each and every person feel valued and comfortable. He always had a smile on his face and exuded much joy and happiness. He always said nobody wants to hear a complainer, so he never complained.
