Charles Michael Fisher , 82, passed away November 27, 2018. Charles was born on August 10, 1936 in Kansas City, MO to Ralph and Elizabeth (Quirk) Fisher and was the youngest of three children. He was a graduate of De La Salle Academy. He spent two years serving his country as a United States Marine. He then began his career as a member of the Kansas City Missouri Fire Department. In 1996, after 40 years of dedicated service, he retired as Fire Chief/Director. His passion for the fire service was second only to his love of his family and friends. Charles was a member in the Knights of Columbus Council 4962. |
