The Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Theresa Church, 455 N. Benton St., Palatine on Tuesday, December 11 at 10 AM.
John H. “Jack†Landers, 75, of Palatine, Illinois, passed away on November 24, 2018. Jack was married to Darlene for 48 years, and they raised their family in Arlington Heights and Palatine.
Jack served as an Airman 1st Class in the US Air Force and was honorably discharged as a Sergeant. In 1969 he graduated with honors from Loyola University Chicago with his BSA degree in Business Administration. He also received a Certified Public Accountant certificate from the University of Illinois. Jack worked in the accounting and construction industries for 30 years. He was an accountant for Arthur Anderson, a union carpenter, and a self-employed carpenter before serving as a Controller for several area construction companies.
Jack was a past Grand Knight of Holy Ghost Council #4977, an usher at St. Theresa Church, and active with TOPS. |
