WILLIAM REHRAUER

 

William “Bill” Rehrauer, 83, De Pere, passed away peacefully Sunday September 30, 2018 He was born in Chilton on April 24, 1935. Bill served in the United States Army as a Military Police officer. On October 17, 1959 he married Shirley Deml at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Chilton. He worked for 41 years at Nicolet Paper Co. in De Pere. Bill was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, De Pere. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, De Pere Men’s Club, American Legion, and the Quarter Century Club. Bill enjoyed bowling, caring for his yard, and feeding the animals in his yard.
He is survived by his daughter Jan Rehrauer, a special niece; Sister Ann Rehrauer, his brother; John Rehrauer, sister in laws and brother in laws; Frances Rehrauer , William (Gloria) Deml, and Linda Deml as well as nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley, and his brothers James Rehrauer, Mark Rehrauer, his sister Joann Rehrauer, sister in laws, Marilyn Rehrauer, Nora Rehrauer and brother in law Robert Deml.
Friends may call at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church De Pere, after 4:00PM Thursday, with a Knights of Columbus service at 6:45PM and a a parish prayer service at 7:00PM to bring the evening to a close. Visitation will continue after 9:00AM Friday at the church, until the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30Am with Fr. Benny Jacob O.Praem. officiating .
