Candidates for this Knights of Columbus Admission (First) Degree must arrive by 6:00 PM


Complete registration includes a Degree Kit presented by a home Council Officer to the #15979 Registrar. A complete kit consist of the following: 



  • Completed & Signed Form 100,

  • KofC Rosary,

  • KofC lapel pin,

  • "These Men They Call Knights" booklet,

  • Completed Membership Card from Home Council



  • The Candidate's Form 100 will be returned to his accompanying home Council Officer once registration is complete.  The Candidate's home Council is responsible for submitting it to the Supreme Council.

  • If you have a Catholic friend or family member who might be interested in joining the Knights of Columbus, please invite him to join by contacting your Council Membership Director and/or Grand Knight to arrange a meeting with the candidate as soon as possible.

  • As a fellow KofC Brother, please make every effort to attend and support the candidates who will join our brotherhood at this time.

ONLINE EXEMPLIFICATION - NOV. 7th 2020

Since COVID-19 restrictions are still in affect, we will be hosting another Provencial  ON-LINE  Fourth Degree Exemplification on November 7th at 10:00 AM EST (9:00 AM CST).  The same process will be used to recruit and register Brother Knights as candidates for the Fourth Degree.  The attached eForm 4 should be used to register the candidate for the Exemplification.  Actual signatures are required from the Candidate, Proposer, Financial Secretary of the candidate’s council, and the Faithful Navigator & Faithful Comptroller of the Assembly he is joining. 


 


I ask that you forward me the eForm 4 as early in the process as possible so that I can add him to the list.  When the eForm 4 is complete, you can scan and email the form to me.  The candidate should then send a check or money order made payable to “William Schmidt, District Master” and send it to 451 Jesse Skaggs Road; Leitchfield, KY 42754.
