Registration: 1000-1100 Lunch: 1230-1330 Fee: Give payment of $70.00 (Checks Payable to KofC Assembly 2148) to Faithful Comptroller S.K. John Dunn as soon as possible. -The payment and Form 4 for Evan should go to John Dunn again. Please make the check payable to Archbishop Donnellan Assembly 2148. and please mail to John Dunn, 122 Chicopee Blvd, Athens GA 30601. (the check+form should be mailed this week if possible) Observers: Lunch $10.00- Same instructions as above. This is the preferred method, contrary to what the invitation states so that Assembly can keep insure proper form completion as well as payment.
