The Mary Queen of the Knights Council was founded in 1903 through local community efforts. It is named after Mary, our Blessed Mother. Our Council works closely with the the parishes of the Ascension RC Church in Bradley Beach and Holy Innocents Church in Neptune, providing funds for various projects and our members being active parishoners. We pride ourselves on being one of the oldest and active Councils in our area.

Our annual activities include: Italian Night Dinners, a family Christmas Party, Clergy Appreciation Dinners, Day at the Races, Wine & Cheese Tastings, Family Picnics as well as our annual trip to the Lakewood BlueClaws Game. The Ladies Auxiliary is extemely active in local concerns as well, holding many fundraisers as well as awarding an annual scholarship. Our Youth Program boasts the annual Free-Throw and Soccer contests, along with a scholastic essay contest for local elementary students.

We sponsor several annual fund raisers to include the "Eyes for the Needy" program, where used eyeglasses and accessories are collected and repaired for distribution. We collect donations for such concerns as Alzheimers Disease, Deborah Hospital, Mentally-Challenged Citizens, Veteran's Associations, Cystic Fibrosis and "Clothes for Cancer". We hold an annual Blood Drive/Organ Donor Sign-Up every summer, and a "Child ID" sign-up in the fall. We have and will continue to participate in and sponsor such local events as benefit-related walks, runs or civic activities. We sponsor Church Activities, Youth Activities and Contests, Family Activities and Community Services. We are committed to assist and enrich the lives of our Church, our families and our community.

Our newly renovated Knights' Hall is available for rental. Convenient parking, amenities and reasonably priced. Call (732) 693-1083 for information.
