1) Orgainize list of Members who currently our on our ACTIVE list to see which members our actualy active to those that are listed.
2) Compare that list with Clergy leadership to determine which membes of the Parish could be a great fit in TIME AND TALLENT needed by the Parish to join our ranks of Knights.
3) Organize that list with proper members who maybe have simler interest and our active in the Knights to make contact with this members. 4) Activly recrute to get this done. |
