On Saturday, as the State mid-year meeting, it was announced that we received two more  accolades from the AZ State Knights of Columbus.

2) For Bill Breen as Grand Knight of the Year!

Congratulations to our council for the hard work and commitment given.  And a special congratulation to Past Grand Knight Bill Breen, the 2019-2020 Grand Knight of the year in Arizona!

Knights of Columbus Our Lady of the Rosary Council 13272 Scholarship Fund

CLICK HERE for the CTSO Donation Form

Knights of Columbus, Our Lady of the Rosary Council #13272, is your parish Knights council.  In support of furthering Catholic education, we have partnered with Tucson office of the Arizona Catholic Tuition Support Organization (CTSO) and have created a referral program (RP) number donor's can use when making their tax free contributions to CTSO.  With the referral number, the donations are held by CTSO in a special account that can only be directed by Council #13272.

Our goal is to support the parishioners of St Mark with financial assistance for their children to attend Catholic schools. In just three short years that we've begun this partnership, we've raised over $90,000, supported 48 children which assisted 24 families.

When you are faced with an Arizona state tax obligation, and  considering making that tax payment to the State of Arizona, consider redirecting that payment to AZ -CTSO for the benefit of the St Mark RP #1438.  You could receive a tax credit of 100% of the money you donate.  Please see your tax professional for specific guidance.

The Mission Statement of AZ-CTSO:

Arizona’s Catholic Tuition Support Organization promotes education by providing tuition assistance to K-12 students in private schools using funds generated by the Arizona tax credit programs.

The Vision Statement of AZ-CTSO:

Education will be available, accessible, and affordable to children who want the opportunity to attend a private school.

Complete the attached CTSO Support Form, with the St Mark OV referral plan number already pre-filled and mail it into CTSO at the address on the form.  Keep a copy for your tax records and use RP1438 on your state tax form to donate your state tax liability funds.

The deadline for next school year 2020/2021 scholarships is TBA.
