2nd Annual Knights of Columbus 4k, 8k and Kids Fun Run

Where: Shrine of St. Anthony 12290 Folly Quarter Road, Ellicott City, MD 21042

When: Saturday, May 11th, 9:00 a.m.

Parking: Like our Labor Day 10K & 5K, we will have parking attendants assisting parking cars upon entering the Shrine property.

Packet pickup: Feet First, Wild Lake Village Center, Columbia, MD 4-8 p.m. May 10th and 7:30 a.m. on site on race day.

 

Cost:
$20 for Individuals, either race, increase to $25 on May 4th.
$50 for families up to 4 (same immediate household). Increase to $60 May 4th
$10 for kids fun run up to 12 years of age. No price increase.

 

The 4K and an 8K are entirely on the scenic grounds of the Shrine of St. Anthony in Ellicott City, MD. The 1st half of the 4K (approx. 2.5 miles) is on roads on the property and the 2nd half is on trails (mulch and dirt) that are well maintained by members of our council with some rough terrain in spots. The 8K (approx. 5 miles) will be 2 laps of the same course as the 4K. The course has been officially measured and we will have chip timing of the event by Bullseye Running. We will have post-race refreshments and will have awards for the top 3 male and female finishers in both races. We will also have a kids fun run as well (approx. ¾ mile).

Also, save the date for our annual Ellicott City Labor Day 10K & 5K on Saturday, Aug. 31st.

The Knights will be hosting a Bull Roast and Shrimp Feast to benefit its seminarian support program and other council efforts. Come on out and enjoy an extensive all-you-can-eat menu, including beer, wine, and soda! There will also be games and drawings all night long to entertain. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault!

 

Where: St. Louis Parish School Cafeteria

When: Saturday, 18 May 2019, 6:30 - 10:30 pm

Price: $45 for adults; $35 for kids 12 and under
