Passing of the gavel from GK Jim Gecsei to GK Joe Filosi (June 27, 2019)

Upon learning that Father Powell did not have a personal chalice and had been using each church’s chalices, The Knights of Columbus presented Fr Powell with his very own chalice at the Pancake Breakfast on July 1st, 2018. This was a perfect gift for our new pastor. Attached are a couple of pictures. I made the presentation at the pancake breakfast, Sunday, July 1st. Father was so grateful and honored. Council Announcements

Brother Knights,

Amid this global pandemic, our Knights of Columbus Council wants to make sure our Brother Knights and their families are healthy, safe and cared for. In the coming days, you will receive a phone call from a member of our Council Leadership team. Our intent is to make sure you and your family are well, and to determine if there is any immediate need that the Council can help with. We will make every attempt to match needs with available resources. If you require immediate assistance, please don’t wait for our call. Call or email me using the contact information below. If you are in a position to offer time or resources to help Brother Knights or fellow parishioners, please contact me to let me  know. Please pray for all Knights of Columbus and their families around the world and be comforted by the prayers that are being offered for you in return.

Be well and be safe.
