Larry York

At the Council Business Meeting on June 11th, 2019, Grand Knight Pete Cote bestowed the Knight of the Year Award to PGK Larry York. Larry is the Council and the O.L.P.H. Parish Pro-Life Coordinator. Larry can be seen every 1st Saturday, praying the Rosary outside the Cherry Hill Women's Center with a small group of equally dedicated Pro-Life Advocates. Actually, Larry can be seen MOST Saturday mornings praying the Rosary. Larry also administers the American Needs Fatima program here in Maple Shade and well as White Ribbon against Pornography Campaigns each year. Larry, while serving as the Community Director for Council #5714, reports on and coordinates many Faith based activities for the Parish and the Council. The Knight of the Year Award has been well deserved and we Congratulate Larry for all his efforts this past year!

2018 - 2019

Gerald Stevenson

At the Officier Installation this past Tuesday evening (July 17th, 2018), Grand Knight Pete Cote awarded the Knight of the Year Award to Brother Gerry Stevenson for all his countless hours of service to the Council. Gerry can be seen at almost every Spaghetti Dinner serving food and cleaning up the kitchen. Gerry is present at almost every Service Detail Request that comes out. He is a regular participant at the Monthly Pro-Life Rally on the first Saturday of the month; can frequently be seen pulling weeds and spreading chemical in an effort to keep the Council Home and grounds looking their best and if he is really bored, he stop the Building and take inventory and just put things away.
