2021 - 2022

Alex Agustin

Sir Knight Alex Agustin joined our council in January of 2020 and is currently a Third Degree member of Council 4112 and a Fourth Degree member of Assembly 2246. His dedication to service to the Order has led him to serve faithfully not only in the position of Deputy Grand Knight for his Council; but also as Faithful Comptroller for his Assembly. But holding officer positions in the Council and Assembly is only one phase of his dedication to service.

The past two years have been unprecedented times in our parish and community. To ensure that our council provided services to St. Victor Parish and our community, Sir Knight Alex assumed the duty of co-Chairman of the St. Victor Food Pantry. Sir Knight Alex played a key role in organizing the monthly drive-in distributions, ordering food from Second Harvest Food Bank of Silicon Valley, and coordinating a team of 50 volunteers that donated over 1100 hours this past year in service to this ministry. The results are nothing short of amazing. Since its inception in 2019, The St. Victor’s Food Pantry has provided 996,710 pounds of food valued at over $1.6 million to the needy in our parish and surrounding community.

Sir Knight Alex has been an active member of St. Victor’s Parish for over 25 years; serving in the ministries of Usher and Eucharistic Minister. His calm demeanor, dedication to detail and organizational skills have been instrumental in our council’s ability to assist with the multitude of parish events we have been asked to support.

Through his actions and willing leadership, Sir Knight Alex Agustin has demonstrated Charity, Unity, and Fraternity, to our council, parish, and community. He has earned and truly deserves the designation of “Knight of the Year” for the Columbian Year 2022.

2020 - 2021

Joseph Murphy

Brother Joe has been selected as Knight of the Year for Columbian Year 2021. His dedication as Financial Secretary not only ensured that all required reports were completed on time and submitted to Supreme, but helped the council attain Star Council award in Columbian Years leading up to CY 2021. In addition to processing the paperwork, Brother Joe, when faced with a roadblock, never hesitated to contact the appropriate person and worked through what ever issue arose. His actions have helped St. Victor Council make itself known at the Chapter, State, and National level.
