Brian Dennis
Brian Dennis has been instrumental in many of the largest fundraisers that our Council has staged during the 2016-2017 Columbian Year. While this alone would be sufficient reason for Brain to be named Knight of the Year, during the past year Brian has also been in charge of the State Picnic; Christopher Council's participation in the Claymont Christmas Parade and organizing our "Keep Christ in Christmas" float; overseeing the Council's participation in operating the "Grill" at the Holy Rosary carnival; and the Council's participation in the Pirate Festival in Marcus Hook.
Brian has inspired Christopher Council work hard at fundraising so that we can use these funds to help St. Helena and Holy Rosary Parishes, the local food banks and outreach programs, community organizations that help senior citizens, and other charitable works of our Order. As Grand Knight, I can say without reservation Brian is a pillar of Christopher Council and he has inspired me to recognize that Christopher Council will respond when called upon to help. |
